150 max guest count
3 large patio areas for more tables and chairs
(14) 60” round tables
(100) white chairs - (you are welcome to bring more tables and chairs if there are more than 100 guests)
(2) 6’ rectangle tables
(3) Wooden tables (great for cake, bar, etc.)
(1) Wooden pallet wall that you may use as a backdrop
(2) Washtubs on stands that may be used for soft drinks, water, etc.
Use of our decorations and arches that we have at the venue
Your choice of vendors (we can give you a list of our favorites!)
The Bridal Cottage includes a bright and spacious dressing room, two restrooms, a kitchen with a sink, and a fridge
The Groom Lounge is located in the main venue as a large loft for the men to relax and dress
Other things to keep in mind:
Alcohol: any alcohol served must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. When alcohol is served, we require a CLEET licensed security guard.
Event Insurance: we require all events to provide event insurance.
